SNDD 10h Sound Dump
A sound dump is used to transfer sound data from and
to the Microwave 2. The location is given in two bytes
with following conventions:
BB NN Location

10 00 All Sounds
20 00 Sound Mode Edit Buffer

SNDP 20h Sound Parameter Change
Upon reception of a valid Sound Parameter Change dump,
the specified parameter will change its value
immediately according to the given value. The ocation
is given in one byte with following conventions:

The Parameter index is given in two bytes:
